FIRST VISIT

No stress – here is a short guide to how entry, reservations and safety work.

How it works

  1. Choose your entry

One hour, morning (9–14), afternoon (14–20) or evening entry (from 17:00, jumping until 19:45). Weekend prices apply on weekends, public holidays and school holidays.

  2. Check age and accompaniment

Entry to the hall is from age 4. Four-year-olds enter accompanied by a parent. Under the house rules, children under 10 may move around the venue only with a parent or another adult, and children aged 4–6 may use the trampolines only with their companion present. Children over 10 may come on their own after registration and with their legal guardian’s consent to the rules. Professional trampolines are not suitable for small children. The parent judges which attractions the child can manage based on their strength and experience. If you are unsure, ask the staff. A parent’s judgement does not replace staff instructions, which must always be followed.

  3. Prepare gear for each zone

Sportswear. Clean sports shoes are compulsory in the parkour zone and on the football pitch. Grip socks are not required on trampolines and are not used on the gymnastics floor.

  4. Book in iSportsystem

Choose the date, entry type and number of people. The booking is confirmed only in iSportsystem – clicking a button on this website is not a booking yet.

  5. Check in at reception

We check your entry and give everyone their own wristband. Read the safety rules. You may arrive later for a block, but it is valid only until its end.

Staff supervision is not childcare

During open entry, staff make sure attraction rules are followed. The accompanying adult is responsible for the child (for children 10+ visiting alone, their legal guardian); UMPARK does not look after children during open entry.

A coach works with children only in a booked guided programme: class, camp, school programme or a birthday package with a coach.

Registration is not a booking

Registration = a one-time visitor account in iSportsystem (details, consents). It does not give the right to enter by itself.

Booking = a specific visit: date, entry type and number of people. The contract is concluded when the booking is confirmed, at the latest on payment or entry.

☕ Just coming for coffee? You can wait in the café for free. Everyone entering the sports hall needs a valid entry and their own wristband, including companions and people taking photos. Café →

Questions about this

From what age is UMPARK suitable?

UM PARK is suitable for children aged 4 and up. Under the house rules, children under 10 may move around the venue only with an adult escort, and children aged 4–6 may use the trampolines only when accompanied. Children aged 10 and up may visit independently after registration and parental consent.

How much does an accompanying adult pay?

You can wait in the café for free. Everyone entering the sports hall needs a valid entry and their own wristband, including companions and people taking photos. One adult can be added for CZK 150 to the standard entry of a child under 6; they may use the attractions with the child according to zone rules. Any other adult buys a regular entry. A senior 65+ only accompanying a child enters free. Tables and examples: www.umpark.cz/en/cenik.

Do you look after children? Who leads sessions and supervises?

Classes, trainings and guided programmes are led by UMPARK coaches. A regular open entry does not include an individual lesson with a coach or childcare; the child's companion is responsible for supervision according to the zone rules.

What is the difference between registration and booking?

Registration is a one-time visitor account in iSportsystem (details and consents) and does not entitle you to enter by itself. A booking is a specific visit: date, entry type and number of people. The contract is concluded when the booking is confirmed, at the latest on payment or entry.

How can I cancel a booking?

Cancel open entry and standard services in your iSportsystem account at least 3 hours in advance; later cancellation or no-show forfeits 100 %. Camps: more than 30 days before 100 % refunded, 14–30 days 50 %, 7–14 days 80 % forfeited, under 7 days 100 %. Classes are excused via the booking system at least 3 hours in advance. Details: Terms and Conditions, art. IV and V.
