On weekends, public and other holidays and during school holidays, the weekend entry price applies, even on working days. The date of your visit counts, not the date the booking was made. School holidays include: autumn, Christmas, half-term, spring, Easter and main summer holidays according to the Czech Ministry of Education (MŠMT) calendar. For spring holidays we follow the dates for Ostrava-City. Days off granted by individual schools do not change the price on their own.

No, discounts are not combined. We charge the cheaper option. Example (weekday afternoon): child aged 5 and two parents is CZK 900 with the 3+ discount or 350 + 150 + 350 = CZK 850 via the supplement, so you pay CZK 850. Reception will calculate it before payment.

A one-hour entry is valid for 60 minutes from check-in, at the latest until closing. Ask at reception before it ends to extend. A block has a fixed start and end; you can arrive later, but the end does not move.
You can wait in the café for free. Everyone entering the sports hall needs a valid entry and their own wristband, including companions and people taking photos. A senior 65+ only accompanying a child enters free. Tables and examples: www.umpark.cz/en/cenik.
UM PARK is suitable for children aged 4 and up. Under the house rules, children under 10 may move around the venue only with an adult escort, and children aged 4–6 may use the trampolines only when accompanied. Children aged 10 and up may visit independently after registration and parental consent.
A senior 65+ accompanying a child with a valid entry and not doing sport enters free. They check in at reception, receive a different wristband and may only use designated walkways and viewing places. We only look at an ID; we do not copy it. A free senior does not count towards the 3+ discount.
Classes, trainings and guided programmes are led by UMPARK coaches. A regular open entry does not include an individual lesson with a coach or childcare; the child's companion is responsible for supervision according to the zone rules.
